Exchanges, Returns, Refunds
All the products are a labor of love from us to you. ❤️
In an unlikely event that something you ordered from theraylabel.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered in style, you may exchange or return the product. Store credit will be generated for the same. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags.
Kindly note that it is mandatory to report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. We accept returns of product within 5 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Unboxing video or photo evidence must be provided for evidence.&
We currently do not provide return pickup facilities. To process a return or exchange, you will need to arrange for the item to be dispatched back to us using a reliable courier service of your choice.
A store credit is offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and is not eligible for any return or exchange.
All other sales are final. Once an order is successfully processed and confirmed, we don't accept any return or refund requests.
International Returns: We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at theraylabel@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. You must return the product within 5 days of receiving the order. A store credit will be generated for the same.

Product properties and wash care
All of theraylabel.com products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. Our products involve crafts based traditions of woodblock printing, dyeing, weaving and hand embroidery. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Fit: The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some other are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Colours : We have done our best to display colors as accurately as possible as the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from the actual colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings.&
