Exchanges, returns & refunds :

All the products are a labour of love from us to you.

In an unlikely event that something you ordered from theraylabel.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered in style, the product can be exchanged. Please share the snapshot/picture of the product & packaging received to our customer care support@theraylabel.com or call us on +91 86682 64416.

Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and in its original packaging and tags. Kindly contact us at support@theraylabel.com to assist you on the same. Kindly note, you will have to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

You can return the item/product(exchange) through speed post courier service and share the tracking details with us on support@theraylabel.com

Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and is not eligible for any exchange.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

International Returns:

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at support@theraylabel.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. You must return the product for within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customers.

Product properties and wash care :

All of our products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. An irregular weave or print is not a defect.

Colours :

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from the actual colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings.
